Sprinter Sales Representative
Department: New Truck Department
Reports To: New Truck Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Salary and Commission
 
Summary: Under the supervision of the New Truck Sales Manager, the Sprinter sales rep is responsible for selling used equipment, revenue generation, and achieving customer satisfaction.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sale of Sprinter equipment.
Develops an annual business plan.
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking.
Maintains detailed and accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing, and presents solutions to identified prospects.
Able to write accurate truck appraisals.
Helps to maintain the Truck lot.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Must have basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CDL Driver?s License.
